A well-rounded, velvety Merlot is paired with an elegant Chardonnay and presented in a gift box to create this classic duo of wines from the Veneto region of Italy.

The Chardonnay is a wine with character which develops well in the bottle and its pleasing fruity nose evolves harmoniously as the months go by developing an excellent vanilla bouquet. It is excellent with fish dishes and best served at a temperature of 8-10°C.

The Merlot is an elegant, well-structured wine with a clean bouquet with notes of currants and violets. With a balanced, delicate taste it is best served at a temperature of 18-20°C with savoury dishes such as risotto with mushrooms, pasta dishes or ravioli.
